This is a collection of 9 of our BEST upper, lower and full body "Bonus Day" workouts and instructional videos from Spring 2020 all the way through to Spring 2023.
You will receive INSTRUCTIONAL videos, FOLLOW ALONG videos as well as the downloadable, written version of the workouts.
The collection is broken into 3 phases (each phase being 4 weeks long).
